Trauma alchemy works deeply with your innate blueprint of health, your nervous system and mind-body connection. Working whole-listically in this way what we are able to achieve is alchemy. By taking advantage of my trauma alchemy program you can find your way back to health, happiness, stability and clarity. We go deep but at your pace, creating the right conditions for you to unfreeze yourself from trauma symptoms, re-energise, re-generate and re-wire your whole-system. Slow is best, in small doable steps which is why I created this 5 month journey. Program includes: - 1 hr intake session - 4 educational sessions - how trauma works - 101 Nervous system care - 10 x 1;1 Trauma Alchemy - embodied trauma resolution coaching - light email and what's app support between sessions - supporting reference material - supporting integration practices and guided meditations Valid for 5 months from date of purchase

Cancelation Policy

At the time of booking your session, I ask you to pay the full session fee to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel the session after you have paid the following cancellation terms apply: • Online sessions I need 48 hours notice and I will refund you in full or reschedule your session once. By paying the fee for the session you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about the policy please discuss them with me before paying for your session.
