Trauma alchemy sessions somatic approach to working with : - patterns or behaviours that are no longer serving you - negative self talk and self sabotage - self doubt and low self esteem - feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unsupported in life -finding a deeper connection to your potential and inviting in post traumatic growth -burn out, adrenal fatigue, inability to create healthy systems of self care 5 sessions are valid for 2 months from date of purchase

Cancelation Policy

At the time of booking your session, I ask you to pay the full session fee to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel the session after you have paid the following cancellation terms apply: • Online sessions I need 48 hours notice and I will refund you in full or reschedule your session once. By paying the fee for the session you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about the policy please discuss them with me before paying for your session.
