Service Description

Are you a practitioner and are curious about trauma-resolution and post traumatic growth? Do you want to know how to work more confidently and effectively with trauma from a somatic approach? Are you wanting to gain skills to help you feel more resourced and regulated when working with clients? Maybe you sense your offerings could do with being more trauma informed? I'd love to support you as a coach/practitioner if: • you already guide and support people and want to grow as a guide for others. • You feel like something is missing in your practice/offerings • You're ready to transform some of your own embodied emergency responses - and begin to approach your practice from a more resourced place. • You have the time and the resources and can commit to a 10 weeks x 1hr session per week and have access to stable, distraction free internet connection What you'll get : • 1;1 mentoring for 10 sessions via zoom. • Foundational tools to integrate into your practice that facilitate post traumatic growth (both in you and your clients) • A space free of judgment, unsolicited advice. A space that's invitational, co-creative, supportive and compassionate. * Written notes/workbook , to support your integration. * Opportunity to heal, digest, resolve and integrate some of your own personal trauma and collective conditioned emergency responses. Cancelation Policy

At the time of booking your session, I ask you to pay the full session fee to confirm your booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel the session after you have paid the following cancellation terms apply: • Online sessions I need 48 hours notice and I will refund you in full or reschedule your session once. By paying the fee for the session you indicate your agreement to these cancellation terms. If you have any questions about the policy please discuss them with me before paying for your session.
